Having approached several branding firms in the run up to our corporate re-brand – it was a breath of fresh air to meet with Sara.

In essence, our logo hadn’t changed much since 1974 and we therefore felt that the change was long overdue. Sara pretty much just ‘got us’ and what we were about as a firm and this is, in our opinion, a critical part of her role.

Having been presented with 5 or 6 initial ideas – we instantly knew which theme and logo we would go with – it was actually an amalgamation of 2 of Sara’s ideas.

At the same time as re-branding, we also opened a new branch and again Sara (and Jill, her studio mate) were instrumental in the marketing plan behind this launch – from press releases and adverts to bespoke flyers. This has proved to have been a huge success.

So successful has been Sara–s work for us that several ‘strangers’ have walked into our branch un-solicititated just to tell us how much they like our new look. One client has even instructed us solely because they ‘love our boards so much!’.

Letter g is efficient, dynamic, creative and nice people to deal with to boot – would we recommend them – without hesitation.

Sara has worked for the Chatsworth Estate as one of our principal designers for many years, and over that time has consistently produced a high standard for us, reflecting Chatsworth’s attractions, events and services clearly and elegantly. Her attention to detail, insistence on precision, accuracy and simplicity, and her subtle interpretation of our corporate identity, has helped us present Chatsworth to a wide and diverse audience. Her style and approach has suited our profile and message extremely well.

Sara was also part of the team who won the contract to renew the Chatsworth website 4 years ago; this has greatly enhanced our on-line presence, and continues to receive praise from its users; the best compliment is that its structure and presentation have been frequently imitated (without permission!) by other attractions in the tourism and heritage industry.

I have been thoroughly delighted by the positive response the Handbook has received. Not only has the content, over which we laboured so hard and so long been well received by the specialist heritage agencies, such as English Heritage whose opinions matter, but I am already receiving very positive feedback about the high quality of the design and presentation. I know the whole thing was becoming a pain in the neck for us all, and that is largely because our resources were so very slight. However I was, and remain, enormously grateful for your endless patience and care in getting things right.

The stand looked great and the products too. Got some great comments, which we will pass onto you. Thanks so much for all your efforts … Felicia and I believe we had standout products and stand at the show and a number of visitors also remarked the same.

Just a short email to say all the handbooks are safely in my store now - thanks. I took a couple of copies down to London on Friday and everyone who saw them said they looked great. A few non-SPAB folks had a look too and a couple of people in commented in particular that they liked the typeface and layout. All credit to you I think! Many thanks for all your hard work. I am very pleased with the finished product and in particular the way you captured the SPAB 'essence'.
