brand for local estate agent

Trustworthy, yet contemporary brand for local estate agent, combining quiet (and a little bit retro) typography with fresh colours and quirky illustration. Ongoing applications to house boards, shop fronts, newspaper campaigns, print and web.

What did they say?

Having approached several branding firms in the run up to our corporate re-brand — it was a breath of fresh air to meet with Sara. In essence, our logo hadn’t changed much since 1974 and we therefore felt that a change was long overdue. Sara pretty much ‘got us’ and what we were about as a firm and this is, in our opinion, a critical part of the role. Having been presented with 5 or 6 intial ideas, we instantly knew which theme we would go with.

At the same time as rebranding, we also opened a new branch and again, Sara (and Jill, her studio mate) were instrumental in the marketing plan behind this launch — from press ads and adverts to bespoke flyers. This has proved to be a huge success. So successful has been Sara’s work for us that strangers have walked into our branch unsolicited just to tell us how much they like our new look. One client even instructed us solely because they ‘loved our boards so much’.

Letter g is efficient, dynamic, creative and nice people to deal with to boot. We would recommend them, without hesitation.
